Every day, whether at work, school, or even at home, we are confronted with a variety of stressful situations and circumstances. When stress becomes overpowering, it can cause a variety of major health problems, both physically and mentally. Working for the same company or organization for a significant amount of time can lead to feelings of burnout as well as disillusionment with one’s professional path. To our good fortune, there is still a chance of success. There are a lot of different approaches that may be taken in order to deal with stress management and stay away from burnout.
Stress management and burnout prevention is a crucial topic for educators, as it is important to ensure the well-being of teachers, who are at a high risk of burnout due to the nature of the profession. This training course aims to equip educators with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage stress and prevent burnout. The course will cover the definition, causes, and consequences of stress and burnout, as well as strategies and techniques for managing stress and promoting well-being. It will also provide opportunities for self-reflection, self-care, and peer support. Professionals in the education sector (e.g., teachers, guidance counselors, principals, and administrators at elementary, middle, higher education, vocational institutions, kindergartens and pre-primary schools) and non-governmental organization (NGO) staff.
METHODOLOGY
